I know, I know. It’s been way too long since my last post. I’m sure everyone missed me and my dunking content! Fear not, I’m back and in a big way. Today’s post is a slightly different format, I sat down over Zoom with Dr. Andrew Cable, PT, DPT, to chat through my approach and see what I needed to switch up to hit my goal. Or rather, dunk on my goal. Hope you’re ready to learn, friends!
(Cut me some slack on the video quality, editing, and interview skills, I’m new at all of this!)
What was your favorite part of the conversation? Should I stick to writing, or incorporate more forms of media like this? Did you check out Kneesovertoesguy? Are you going to try and dunk soon? I want to hear all your thoughts!
The video was a nice change of pace, but I think an original song is the next logical step, I'm sure you have a good 32 bars to rhyme. The Dr did well explaining the concepts of how to approach it. We're getting close to Dunk Day can't wait to see it happen
I liked the use of the video. Still can’t really visualize what the box jumps were that he was recommending. DUNK
