Not sure if you've watch Starting 5 on Netflix but ep3 focuses on health. More specific to my thought was Jimmy Butler's foot regimen and how his trainer says something like 80% of their time is from the knee down and 50% of it is ankle down. Seems like he was doing some of these same excerises.
It’s definitely on the list! Hoping it’s not quite as curated as Quarterback but knowing it’s Bron and Tatum not too optimistic there.

going bare foot all summer long at the lake was so good for my feet! you start walking on those rocks in the driveway and go from there. I still don't like flip flops--barefoot I bet is good for your feet!
